I’m Zhané             (/ʒɑːˈneɪ/ zhah-NAY), an Ops professional with a background in operations, systems thinking, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and UX. I’m drawn to work that brings clarity to complex systems and helps people navigate them more easily.

I’ve lived and worked across South Africa, South Korea, and the United States, which has shaped how I think about context, culture, and the systems people rely on every day.

My work is grounded in an understanding of how people think, work, and make decisions, especially in environments where processes, tools, and communication can quickly become overwhelming. I’m interested in designing systems and workflows that reduce friction and help people do their work with greater ease and confidence.

I think of empathy in design as a practical skill rather than a buzzword: listening closely, asking better questions, and turning real needs into usable solutions. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and designing within real-world constraints to create work that’s thoughtful and effective.
